How about the quality of Honeywell micro switch?

For the microswitch of rhythm game, after years of experience, we think Omron is the best and Honeywell is the second best. The advantage of the Honeywell micro switch is the price is cheaper than Omron, but the disadvantage is that it is not as durable as Omron.Other brands are unable to meet our quality requirements currently. If the budget is sufficient, we recommend using the Omron micro switch.

Can it be guaranteed that the button will not jam?

There are several possible reasons for sticking keys. The button bracket is not fully "seated" (Sanwa button), the spring is not installed properly, the LED key light is not centred, stains from hands are left in the gap of frame and key after long-term use. These problems can be solved through simple maintenance skills.

Why is the turntable resolution a multiple of 72? What is the relationship between turntable sensitivity and this?

Arcade's resolution is 72*2=144, and the trigger angle is 3/144 circle; we use 2 times of Arcade's, therefore, the trigger angle is 1/288 circle. The highest sensitivity trigger angle of PHOENIXWAN is 1/288 circle. If you want to use the arcade's turntable trigger angle, please set the sensitivity to Level2. The highest sensitivity Level 6 is set for players who plays 皿難易度表. In 2022, we will provide a higher level of sensitivity components, which will reach 1/576 circle.

Any suggestions on XXXX-tool sensitivity setting?

We recommend using 1.

How to set it up properly in LR2, any suggestions?

It is recommended to use PHOENIXWAN's LR2 mode. If it is the first time to use LR2, or use KOC, DJDAO old PCB series products before, please remap the buttons. LR2 does not support analog turntables. It is recommended to use keyboard mode, GAME PAD button mode, LR2 mode, all of which can work normally under LR2.

How to set it up properly in Beatoraja, any suggestions?

It is recommended to use the analog mode of the turntable, either Infinitas mode or HID mode is OK. The turntable is mapped as X-axis. Please turn on the support for analog on Beatoraja's setting page.

Why use 1 USB-B and 1 USB-C interface?

If only one USB interface is used, due to the large power consumption of RGB LED, the power supply may be insufficient at the highest power consumption. Therefore, the power supply part adopts a separate design. USB-B is used to transfer data and supply power to 11 key lights, and USB-C is used to supply power to RGB LED separately. If you just play games, you don't need to connect the USB-C interface.

Does it support MacOS?

Any mode can run normally on MacOS. If you plan to use Beatoraja on MacOS, it is workable.
