Within 1-7 days, whatever problem aroses, the users could enjoy free accessories and free maintenance. And we will bear the shipping fee.

Within 8-30 days, if there is something wrong with the material and the technology of the product itself in the situation of normal use. After we confirmed the problem, the users could enjoy free accessories and free maintenance. But the users need to bear the shipping fee of accessories or the shipping fee of returning to repair.

Within 31-180 will provide technology support via email(sales@gamo2.com), and the fee of maintaining the product. But the users need to bear the shipping fee and the fee of accessories used.

As for the products of Gamo2 that is used more than 180 days, we will only provide technology support via email(sales@gamo2.com), the other fee need to be borne by users
